The only way to heal from trauma is to process it, feel the feelings and come to terms with it. Avoidance is not helpful.

Phone Consultation

Request a free 20 minute phone consultation to discuss your aspirations for therapy. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Appointments available:

Monday – Friday (10am – 8pm)

Saturday – Sunday (10am – 1pm).

Initial Session

All sessions last 50 minutes and can take place at one of my clinics or online via Zoom. During the initial session I will endeavour to understand your main concerns. We will discuss your therapy goals and we will formulate a therapy plan. If we are a good fit, you can book further therapy sessions.

Start Therapy

Weekly therapy sessions often provide the best results. You can start with weekly sessions and then move to fortnightly if you wish. We can discuss how many sessions you may need, depending on the severity of the issues discussed. We can review after six sessions. Therapy typically lasts between 12-18 sessions. This can be less or more depending on your situation.
