INDIVIDUAL therapy

£170 / 50 MINUTE SESSION

Do you struggle to talk about how you are really feeling? Often we tend to hide behind a mask, covering our true feelings from friends and family; from fear of judgement or appearing weak. Maybe you don’t want to upset your loved ones or you think they may not understand. Or you may worry that they will not keep your information to themselves. These are a few of the reasons why having individual therapy with a psychologist can be helpful.  Feeling safe to take off your mask, by sharing your true feelings with a psychologist, can help you to accept where you are now and help you to get to where you want to be in the future. Everything you say in therapy is kept confidential and you do not need to worry about your friends and family finding out. You do not need to worry about feeling silly or not good enough. Trust me, I have seen and heard it all! This is my job and I am trained to listen to you and support you through life’s ups and downs.
